DOUG KERSEY, DISTRICT I PRESIDENT

All District One Members -

Good day to all our District One Shufflers, We sincerely hope this message finds all of
you healthy.

Due to the Covid Health issue our little group has been put on hold for fall of 2020. We hope and pray that a vaccine will be perfected by January of 2021, and if this does happen, we will try to have Tournaments starting in January 2021. However, this has to have approval of the individual parks in our District, to allow this open play. We will be posting on our Web Site any information, when it comes available.

We have decided that our Fall District One meeting is not required and will hopefully
have one this coming Spring. If a vaccine has been perfected and travel to the USA is
allowed, we will have our Scheduled meeting, otherwise we will try to setup a Zoom Meeting with the folks who have email addresses.

Several items up for discussion and voting are : The Notice of Motion, Election of
officers, Treasurers report, Correspondence, Good And Welfare of our District. Meeting Date: Feb 2021 (check Web Site for confirmation on Dates).

We also send congratulations to all of our Parks and those winners who placed in
these Tournaments. Great Job!! Also, we congratulate Charlie Loiselle and his
committee for hosting the Horse Callor Tournament. Another great job!!

To all our volunteers here in District One, THANK YOU! without our Volunteers we
would not be enjoying this great sport of Shuffleboard.

In Closing, we want to send our wishes to all Members of District One a very Merry
Christmas and praying for a lot better 2021. Stay Healthy Everyone!

Respectfully,
Doug Kersey/District One President
